Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its original packaging and all included parts or accessories. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@lioprint3d.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Wait for our return authorization, shipping label, and instructions before sending anything back. Products may need to be returned to different supplier locations. Do not send returns to our business address or an address on the package without confirmation.

For approved returns under this policy, we provide a prepaid return label and do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the applicable return shipping and refund the applicable original shipping charge when a refund is the agreed resolution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include a description and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting a defect discovered during normal use.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you have not received an expected refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability is not guaranteed. To request cancellation or a change to an order, email us as soon as possible. We will attempt to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment has begun. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process above.
